You see, when you were a child between the ages of 0-5 years old, everything that went on around you was automatically recorded to your subconscious mind.
Therefore, some of your thoughts that are part of your subconscious mind is deeply embedded and marinated in your mind for many years...
both the good and the bad thoughts! In order to reprogrammed something that has marinated for year you must be willing to do the work, take risk, and get out of your comfort zone.
First, identify your non-positive thoughts and develop affirmations.
Next, think positive everyday with corresponding actions.
In other words you need not only think positive, it is essential that you feel, act and speak positive everyday.
These positive thoughts will start to seep into your subconscious mind and you will take notice of small changes.
